Refund Policy

General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital design file has been downloaded, we cannot "take it back" — the nature of digital goods makes returns impossible in most cases.
However, we understand that things can go wrong. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
When We Grant Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure: The download link does not work, or the files are corrupted/unusable
- Duplicate charge: You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a platform error
- Wrong file delivered: The downloaded files do not match the preview shown before purchase
When We Do NOT Grant Refunds
- "I don't like the design": You preview the design before purchase — buy only what you like
- "The design looks different on my T-shirt": Print results vary by printer, ink, and fabric. We provide print-optimized files; the final output depends on your printing setup
- "Someone else has a similar design": AI may generate similar outputs for similar prompts. We do not guarantee absolute uniqueness
- "I changed my mind": All sales are final after download
- "I can't register this as a trademark": AI-generated designs may not be registrable as trademarks without significant human modification, as stated in our Terms
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Your purchase date and time (approximate)
- The design name or description
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant screenshots (if claiming file corruption or technical issues)
We respond within 3 business days.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks create additional fees for small businesses. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate issue.
