Welcome to LogoTee ("the Service"), operated by Kuang Shan ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using LogoTee, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

LogoTee is an online marketplace where users can generate T-shirt logo designs using artificial intelligence, browse pre-generated designs, and purchase digital design files for commercial or personal use.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All designs on LogoTee are generated by artificial intelligence. Per the United States Copyright Office Report (January 2025, Part 2), purely AI-generated content is NOT eligible for copyright protection in the United States. Similar principles apply in the European Union under Directive 2019/790 and in many other jurisdictions.

We do NOT claim copyright ownership of AI-generated outputs. By purchasing a design, you receive a license to use the digital file, not a transfer of copyright.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to:

• Use the design on physical products (T-shirts, apparel, merchandise)
• Modify and adapt the design
• Use the design in your commercial POD (Print-on-Demand) business

You may NOT:

• Claim copyright ownership of the AI-generated design
• Register the design as a trademark without significant human modification
• Resell or redistribute the digital file as a standalone product
• Use the design in a way that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

LogoTee employs automated content filters to prevent the generation of designs that reference registered trademarks, sports team logos, entertainment franchises, or known brand identities. However, no automated system is perfect. You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of any design does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to generate hate speech, racist imagery, or violent content
• Attempt to generate designs that mimic registered trademarks or brand logos
• Use the Service to create culturally offensive or religiously insensitive content
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

We reserve the right to block any prompt or user that violates these terms, without notice or refund.

6. Purchases & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of:

• Technical failure preventing file download
• File corruption or unusable output
• Duplicate charge due to platform error

7. Limitation of Liability

LogoTee is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That designs will be unique (AI may produce similar outputs for similar prompts)
• That designs are suitable for trademark registration
• That designs do not inadvertently resemble existing works
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogoTee and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Privacy

We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics. We do not collect personal data beyond what is necessary to process your purchase. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Users from the EU, United States, and other jurisdictions are also subject to their local laws regarding AI-generated content and intellectual property.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
